Just a reminder that a couple of weeks after July 4th is a good time to start stocking up for the back-to-school season. Italy basically goes on vacation for August, and most factories shut down, so charm inventories are pretty low by the end of the summer.

Puzzle, Charm Chick, Digital Charms

Hey Everyone!

The hotsheet is now merged. Each page has the tab that shows what’s on it. That way you can print whichever pages you need. I’ve merged the Venice, Artigiane Arte, and Yachting with the Puzzle. They are clearly marked with letters. AA=Artigiane Arte, V=Venice, Y=Yachting. There are also still the pages with Nelle and Bruno Zanetti and they are clearly marked. Upside- all birthstones together, all Zodiac together, all letters together.

Don’t forget that Charm Chick and Digital Charms have their own hot sheets now since there are so many charms. I’ll be adding Halloween through Christmas over the next few weeks. We can send you the Excel version or the Adobe Acrobat version. Be sure to let us know your preferences. I’m still trying figure out how to post the hot sheet so only wholesale accounts can see it. As soon as I get that figured out I will let everyone know. I just don’t want to worry about a retail customer getting the pricing.

Ongoing sales: Laser names are finally going strong. Those of you who tried a few, now know what I’m talking about! They always sell! Congrats to those who printed up the name sheets and used those to get preorders. No worries about unsold merchandise! All the rest of the lasers are only $x.xx for at least three more weeks. Special orders with two words or words and graphics are only $x.xx! Now’s the time to stock up on local school names or events, as we can duplicate most mascots or school signs.

We will be taking a much needed day of rest on July 4, 2005 and the office will be closed. The Madison show is running this weekend and Jan will be (wo)manning the booth. (#208) We have ALL the remaining trade shows for the year posted on the web site. If you’ll be going to the Minneapolis, Chicago or Denver shows I’ll see you there.

A little later this afternoon I’ll have a complete list of flyers on the web site (without pricing) so you can make copies to put in a folder and have on your counter. (Great point of sale helper) Your customers can see many charms you don’t have to stock. I am plugging away at getting some of the enamel charms onto flyers as well.

June has arrived sooner than a lot of us expected but it is time to stock up for the summer crowds. Attached is the June Hotsheet for Authentic Charms and Faux Charms.

Please note we have all but the July Square Birthstones in stock. July stones should be in by mid-July. The factory has to re-do them. They used the wrong color stone.

We will be attending the Dallas Gift Show June 24-27. Our booth # 1043 is located on the lower level of Market Hall. We are in the area of GLM temporary booths. Those of you who are able to attend, please stop by the booth and say HI! Show specials will be sent out the weekend before the show and will be offered to all our customers during the show dates. Also, Moni Originals will be in our booth hand painting her charms for everyone to see. This should be a great show!

1) Digital CharmsTM has yet another flyer for your collection. The Summer Collection Charm Line is available immediately for order! These are fun summer charms your customers would really enjoy. Prices are the same as the catalog charms ~ $xx for 9mm. If you place an order by June 10th I will give you the summer collection for $x as an introductory price.

Also, Digital CharmsTM has a line of all the Country Flags (no flyer available). So when your customer is looking for that hard to find Country Flag, remember us. We can get it for you. Price is $xx for 9mm.

We have some of the Dog Line Digital Charms in stock that we would like to offer at a low price of $x to you. We have 1-2 of the following dogs in stock:

2) PS Charms will be attending the GLM Dallas Gift Show. Our booth #1043 is located in the Cash & Carry Section of the Market Hall. The show starts June 24th and ends on June 27th. Those of you, who can attend the show, please stop by and say Hi! We would love to meet you! Show specials will be sent out by June 19th.

3) New Charms have arrived from Italy (see attached pictures), as well as we now have August Square CZ's back in stock. July square CZ's are still out of stock, the factory sent the wrong color and they are in the process making new ones. Hope to have them real soon.

4) Faux Charms ~ Many customers would like to have the option to purchase individual charms instead of strips of 5 so we are going to offer this to all of our customers. Individual Charms for Enamels will be $x and Birthstones will be $x . If you purchase in strips of 5 the price will be $x for each enamel (strip total $x ) and $x for each birthstone (strip total $x ). When you send your orders over please order by the quantity, not the number of strips. New order form is attached.

5) The catalog website is still down as we are in the process of building a whole new site. Please bare with us while we accomplish this task. If you need to see our product, please email us with your name and address and we will send our CD catalog to you.

6) I will be placing an order for the new picture watches (pictures attached). Thought I would take PRE ORDERS so my customers can get what they want. The watches come in MEGA Link Shape or Round Faces (picture attached). Please place your orders with the order number underneath the picture along with Mega or Round and quantity.

I will place the order June 13th so have all order to me by June 12th.

The introductory price is $x each.

I am also looking to buy Mood Watches ~ they come in Round faces only. If you would like to PRE ORDER some of these please add them to your order. The introductory price for the Mood Watches will be $x.
