We are closed Monday for Memorial Day. You can leave a message but you won’t hear from us until Tuesday. I’ll be playing with my new camera set up so I can get the new enamels loaded on the site.
Lots of stuff happening this week, Father’s Day is fast approaching. All special orders for Father’s Day must be received by next Friday June 3. NO ORDERS will be accepted for custom Father’s Day charms after that date.
Puzzle is already working on our next set of new charms and refilling some favorites that we are out of. Italy and I agree that instead of doing another catalog (which is out of date by the time it’s printed) that I am going to a series of flyers (similar to Charm Chick and Digital Charms) for each category on the web site. Then you can print out the picture, the part number but no pricing to keep on your counters. It’s a big job and I’m not even sure when I’ll have it complete. I will begin to tackle it after I get back from Kansas.
We have some really cool summer specials running right now. True Colors are dropping in price from $x each to $x for the month of June. Welcome to summer and be sure to let me know if you want a design you haven’t seen yet. Thinking about different quilt square designs since they are so popular.
Laser pricing is changing…..Basic price is $x. 30 or more mix and match (for stock charms) for $x. Custom names are $x. Custom words/graphics or two line lasers (not stock) are $x. The Catalog is posted on the web site now, you can download it once and have a handy copy for you sales counter. It’s a pretty big file so if you have trouble opening it you can always get one from us with your next order (still has old pricing).
Charm Chick has added a cute line of Pet Charms including 7 you can customize for your own pet. Their flyer is already posted on the web site for easy printing.
We are proud to announce a new line of charms from Digital Charms. It’s the Pet Peeve line. Just what the doctor ordered for those who have had enough of the “I (heart)” charms. Again the flyers are already posted on the site. We can also get any 9mm charm Digital Charms makes with a gold edge for an additional x. Just let us know that’s what you want. They also released a small line of Summer Charms and that flyer is posted on site too.
If you are faxing orders into our office be sure to give us an email so we can confirm we got the order. We’ve missed three orders this week by not receiving pages that were thought sent. We hate to leave anyone hanging so help us do a good job for you.
