Important
notes from CJC:
- Another
week has slipped by
and we are racing
for the August
shutdown of Italy.
We received our
Puzzle restock and
have gotten
ourselves as ready
as we are able. Try
to keep in mind
Italy doesn't start
shipping again until
mid-September. Order
early for Labor Day.
- New
charms worth
mentioning this
week: I (heart) U
Daddy, I (heart) My
Daughter both by
Venice.
- Don't
forget we have the
Greek letters for
nearby colleges this
fall. Also new
Puffy Gold Letters
by Venice that are
better made and
cheaper than the
Yachting. Only
$4.50!
- Big
news this week- I
have the true colors
(lasers with color
that doesn't come
off) listed this
week on page 16. At
$5.50 they are
flying out the door.
- The
Rainbow charms
continue to be a hot
seller as do the
Fairies and Angels
w/birthstones.
- We'll
be at the Seattle
Gift Show Aug 21-25
and then at the
Denver Gift Show Aug
28-31. We will be
offering show
specials and would
love to see you if
you will be
attending. Let me
know ahead of time
so I can block some
time for you. Each
time we go we get
more and more
swamped by buyers
and I want to make
time to see you.

Hi
Everyone-
After
a tense week I've
decided how I want to
handle this new return
policy. If I can't
stand behind a product
I shouldn't be selling
it. I will honor
returns with NO
tracking as long as
they are a
manufacturing defect.
That means they aren't
tweaked, bent, dented,
pried open, etc. That
type of damage is over
and above what these
links are meant to
handle.
If
it is crooked, enamel
pops off, is smeary,
has a snag, etc then
they can be returned.
You still need an RMA
and we have the right
to refuse a charm we
deem unacceptable
based on the above
conditions.
Another
gentle reminder, Italy
closes for the month
of August. (nice huh?)
Anyway- start thinking
about Labor day and
Halloween now. I'll be
restocking before they
close at the end of
the month and last
year we made it almost
through the month
before we started
running out of things.
If
you haven't seen the
Rainbow charms go to
the web site to take a
look! They are even
better in real life
than the photos. We
preordered a bunch and
have had to reorder
twice already so they
are fast sellers.
Consider buying these
in twos.
A
couple of new charms
people have been
asking for have
arrived. We have the
dial telephone in
black and in red. We
have a new Zebra head
and an eye in a
pyramid.
Big
news of the week- We
finally have all of
the black on gold
letters and got in all
of the greek letters
too! Not
too soon to start
stocking up for fall,
if you have colleges
around you.
We
are closed Monday, July 5th
for the holiday.
