Hey Everyone!

My thanks to those of you who are ordering on line. It is making our lives so much easier. I have added a bunch of new Digital charms to the site and am posting pictures this afternoon. I should be all caught up by next Friday. Also will add the choices to the hot sheet, same with charm chick. It’s tough trying to bring it all together seamlessly. Needless to say my seams are showing. Should also have all the flyers posted to web site for you to download and use in your shops.

In addition to the SPRING FLING sale on lasers we are now able to lower the prices on the True Colors permanently to $x.xx, same as the enamel.

Be sure to check out the Mother’s Day page to see what’s new and exciting for this year. We’ll get those flyers posted first next week.

Hi Everyone!

Don’t forget about our SPRING FLING sale on lasers. Only $x or $x.xx if you choose 30 or more mix and match. Let us know if you need a catalog. We are having difficulties uploading onto the new web site but plan to get it there.

Italy assures me they will be shipping next week. We have been working on getting the new charms produced and I am excited to see them in finished form.

All the photos have been loaded on the Charm Chick pages on the web site. The graphics are wonderful and make it easy to see and order their unique and colorful charms. We’ll be adding 49 new I love my (dog) breeds from digital charms as well as some other new stuff coming out in the digital line.

We are now carrying the Red Dress with a heart standing for Women’s Heart Awareness. I thought it appropriate because us women tend to ignore pain and downplay symptoms that need attention. We hope to raise heart awareness and promote a level of health for all of you out there who put yourself last! (OK, I’m the kettle and Donna is the pot here but we’re working on it)

Please make a note that the turn around time for custom True Colors is about 3 - 4 weeks now. They have become so popular we are swamping our maker with requests. We will keep a good supply of stock True Colors charms so they will be available when you need them.

Lucy requested that I try to find homes for these poor little lost charms. She has the charms but for some reason cannot match them to a store. If they are yours please let us know so we can get them to you. Also if it has been more then three weeks since you requested a special order and you haven’t heard from us it’s always a good idea to call to check on your order’s status.

Hi Everyone and Happy Easter!

We will be closing early today for Good Friday. I wish you all a safe and happy holiday. As usual we will be gathering to celebrate with too much food and lots of laughter as we watch the kids try to find the treats we’ve hidden for them.

I wanted to thank all of you who have started ordering on the web site. You’re learning that you can save favorites in your wish list so you can find them again easily. Also we are changing the way you find pages so you can skip right to page 5 instead of going through 1 - 4 first. That should save everyone time. Also the search function should be up this next week.

I pretty much had my nose buried in the computer all week adding 100’s of new Charm Chick charms. You can see them by going to view by brand, then clicking Charm Chick. Choose a category. I highly recommend patriotic and racing. We’ll be featuring them in an upcoming ad in the Souvenirs, Gifts and Novelties Magazine. You have an opportunity to get them before they hit the market on a large scale. You can email your order with part numbers or order online.

I should have the rest of the photos posted next week and then I’ll be fine tuning things as we go. I’d love to get some feedback on the site; likes, dislikes, wishes, etc. Since it’s been created to help you I need to know what would make it better.

Some of you have requested flyers without pricing that show good photos and part numbers to have in your shops. Those should also be posted to the site by the end of next week. It's time to start thinking about Mother’s Day. Look at the seasonal choices under Mother’s Day on the site. Have a great holiday weekend and Happy Charming!

Puzzle finally arrived. Be sure to check out the highlighted and underlined additions to the hot sheet. We finally got the AA symbol that everyone was looking for. We have 22 new charms in production as we speak. I’ll let you know when they ship and when I receive them.

Thanks to all of you who are using the web site for ordering. I have been working hard at getting all the photos up so you can see what’s what. Just remember to create a wish list account (Login name and password) as well as filling out the reseller application. Without the first I have nothing to upgrade. We are working on this as we speak so it will be fixed in the next week or so.

I haven’t had time or space to list all the new charms we are carrying on the hot sheet and highly recommend that you speak to your rep or view the web site on a regular basis. Our search function is being worked on today. We want to make it so you can put in a word and it will tell you where to look. In the meantime use you imagination. I’ve broken everything down two ways; by Brand/Alphabetized and then by category for all brands together. This allows you to see everything we carry for that particular area. My goal is to have all photos up in the next two weeks if not sooner. I’ve been writing so much code I’m nearly blind!

We got one package and one is on its way. Venice is sporting some cool new things. Multi bead (3) dangles for only $--, all gold adult charms (5 choices) for $-- and the rugby ball is back. They also have a very cute white bunny with pink ears and tail, and they started making a nice flat soccer ball like Bruno Zanetti used to make.

Digital Charms is in the process of moving but should be back and in production within 2 - 3 weeks. We have stock in most of the dogs and a few other designs we have listed on the hot sheet. I’ve also deleted the older designs as we will have fresh new and exciting ones for this years holidays.

Charm Chick has added some cool new Mother’s Day charms and I’m working on getting a flyer up on the site this afternoon. If you hear any sounds of despair or great gnashing of teeth from this general direction, it’s just me getting acquainted with my Adobe writer.

New site’s up and fully functional [let me know if you would like to order online] . Best way to find things is to look in categories VS the brand. We have so many choices and everyone has their own search preferences. I suggest you store charms you like in your wish list so you can easily find the ones you want when you are ready to buy.

If you will be in Minneapolis for the show March 12 - 15 be sure to stop by the booth (Cabana #205) and see Jan Robertson and Jan Brenner. Jan Robertson will also be at the Columbus show March 20 - 22. We have cancelled the Boston show.

The Puzzle Watches have come in and are listed in red in the hot sheet. The $25 pricing is very good and compared to other watches I have for $25 they are a much better watch. You can tell by holding them. The have some weight to them. We are also expecting a new shipment in from Puzzle week after next. I’ll be sure to list what comes in as soon as it’s in our hot little hands.

Best news of the week is that we passed another buying landmark and are able to sell the Digital Charms for $8 each instead of the $10. Volume truly helps! I am also adding a whole new sheet of I love my (Dog breed) since there were so many requests for other breeds that weren’t on the original flyer. I hope to have it posted in the next week or so and added to the hot sheet next week.

We should be getting some posters from the Charm Chick so if you would like one let Donna know and we’ll send one out with your next order.

Puzzle finally making the oval faceted crystal in garnet and we should have them in the next week or so. Also got a real deal on some watches (Puzzle) and we’re dropping our prices for all of the Puzzle Watches to $xx00. Depending on sales we might be able to talk them into keeping the price the same for us and keep the really good Puzzle watches at an affordable rate for everyone! I’ll be listing the new watches (returning) on the next hot sheet. With my luck I list them and then don’t get them in for two weeks. I’ll wait until Lucy tells me they are here. We’ll have them at the upcoming shows if you want to see them and touch them.

We’ve added some fun new True Colors. I hope You Dance, I (heart) My Dad, Another Day in Paradise (that’s my favorite), Goddess of Everything (Lucy thinks THIS is my favorite), and It’s All About Me. (this has been much requested) We are holding the sales price ($x.50) down through the end of next week but then the pricing will be going back to the regular $x.50 so be sure to stock up for St. Patrick’s Day, Easter and Mother’s Day. I’m not sure when we’ll offer them at this great low price again.

Yeah! the US and Great Britain flag is back. The black airplane, god mother's, hand cuffs, piano keys, Double sparkly heart, I (heart) U and the sparkly red heart are just a few more we got in.

We got some cool looking charms from Charm Chick. They are as follows: My son is a Marine - blue,black,red, Proud Parent of a Marine on flag, Proud Parent of a Soldier on flag, My Son is a Soldier w.flag, Marine on a red white and blue ribbon, I (heart) My Soldier, I (heart) My Airman, I (heart) My Coastie, I (heart) My Marine, and I (heart) My Sailor.

We are having trouble communicating with the people who are COD and we do them a favor and send their small orders "Due on Receipt" and we sometimes do not get payment for these orders. We don't know how to remind you to pay it without sounding rude. We came up with that if you haven't had a chance to pay that small order by the time the next order comes in we will tack the balance on the COD balance that is due on the order.

One last thing - the new website is cool in a lot of ways. However I am having to learning how to enter orders a different way. So you will have to give us time to get the bugs out. I will learn as fast as I can but.... I am not perfect. Please allow one extra day for turn around.

A few new things concerning the hot sheet. Since we got the shipment from Italy, we have some charms that made it back. The one new one i especially like if the one called "Grandma Over Red Heart"

We also got some new heart spacers - they are not made of silver anymore and so the price for them are $x.xx

Reminder - Valentines Day is slowly creepying up and orders are coming for sweetheart, roses, flowers, hearts and other mushy things stylish charms. So stock up and if you need a visual reminder I have attached a jpeg with some digital Valentines and they are $x.xx a piece.

Happy New Year Everyone!

Good news! We’ve added the Charm Key to our business. As of Friday last week we signed the paperwork and the company is now part of the CJC family company.

Since Italy is closed for another week we aren’t expecting much new. We are, however, fully stocked and doing year end chores. (Filing catch-up and purging. Yuk!)

We’re closed tomorrow for New Years Eve and we’ll be back full force Monday. We have trade shows lined up like dominos and I’ll be gone most of January. Lucy and Donna will be holding down the fort. The Italian Gold Horn Dangle is finally here. Those of you who preordered already have them on the way. The rodeo buffs will be glad to hear the tall cowboy boots and the good cowboy hat are back in stock.

Finally, finally, finally the Tuxedo Cat (Black head w/white muzzle) back in stock. My Italian communication barrier was broken! Daddy’s Girl, Sister- blue, CZ cross w/clear stones and 50 w/cz clear are all back.

Got my hands on some more of the Barbie charms with the name Barbie on pink ceramica. Plus there are 14 new true colors!!

Last but not least we are planning to take the new site live as of Monday, Tuesday at the latest. If you get a chance, go look sometime next week.

Italian Horn has been delayed again. Italy's sense of soon is sooo different than ours. They had to create a special mold for thes and it's taking tham longer than they thought.. The good news is when we reorder it will be much quicker. Also I finally have a line on the heart spacers with the initals.. I should have more info when I (Paula) return from South Carolina in a week.

November 19, 2004 - Charming Just Charming releases new Hot Sheet

Hi Everyone!

We have some great news this week! Those Antiqued charm watches are back in stock, only $14 and $15 dollars. You can add the velvet boxes for $2 each (includes white gift box). Just in time for Christmas!

The rower is back from Puzzle, we have a new one with two horse heads in a heart, and airbrush money $5, $20, $50, $100 faces of bills. The medical alert symbol is back and selling fast so if you need some order early. We also have the I (heart) (knitting) showing the ball of yarn and needles. The very popular Believe in purple has also returned. Due to the overwhelming request from the central states I’ve brought back the horse drawn covered wagon double.

We also have the dangle Italian horn charm on it’s way. I’ve added a preorder section on the hot sheet so let me know if you want me to hold some for you. I expect these will sell very quickly. They will be $15 each. We also have some new multi bead dangles on the way that are really cool. Too tough to describe so you’ll have to wait until I can get them pictured on the web site.

We want to wish everyone a warm and happy Thanksgiving and let you all know we will be enjoying our holiday with our extended family so we’ll be closed both Thursday and Friday. We’ll reopen on Monday for business as usual.

Thanksgiving is right around the corner and Christmas is less than 6 weeks away! Hard to believe how fast this year slipped by.

We didn't get any new shipments this week but we are expecting charms next week. Only a few changes this week and all of them were deletions.

Another week has flown by And its another week closer to Thanksgiving and Christmas. We have got quite a few new charms and some that are back by popular demand.

The new ones are as follows: Curling player (Boy and Girl), Luck of the Irish with shamrock, lipstick - puffy, Nana in purple, red, pink and blue. For the Holidays we have 2 piece Christmas tree (really cute), Snowflake, Sparkly Christmas Ball in Gold, Silver, Red, and Blue and we has a Puffy Snowman white.

Looks like the dry spell is finally over! New charms arrived this week. Also have some new True Colors for you to enjoy.

The Digital Charms™ I Love Dog Line has proved so popular we were able to negotiate a better price. Starting Monday they will be reduced $1.50. (Now only $8.50) This is a volume discount, so thank you for helping me keep costs down and getting better pricing for you! As we hit projected numbers we’ll be able to offer other Digital Charms™ lines at similar discounts. I’ll keep you posted.

Also we’ve added two more shows to the trade show line-up. Atlanta Jan 15-18 (running at the same time as Dallas ) I’ll be at the Atlanta show. Kansas City Jan 22-25 (running at the same time as Chicago ) I’ll be at the Kansas City show. We’re also looking at the Boston show in April. I think that brings us to 15 shows total for the next 5 months.

Good news on the web site front, the new site is nearly done and we’re fine tuning and bug-searching so we can present it operational ASAP. I know I’m ready to be done with it!

Watch for more new charms as we have 2 more shipments on their way from Italy . Check next week for more new and returning charms.

We should start getting shipments from Italy late this next week or early the following one. For now we’ve added some really cool digital charms in the form of Celtic designs and we’ll be offering them on the megalinks when they arrive, also Canadian Provinces (flags), A Little Bit of Everything (part 1), and the Thanksgiving Charms.

I should have the Halloween ones next week to add to the collection.

We added three cute new True color charms with a Big Sis-Middle Sis-Little Sis that have stick figures and hearts, really worth a look. Should have photos up asap.

Hi Everyone!

Finally back from my two week whirlwind of shows. Had a blast and got to meet so many of you. Thanks to everyone who took the time to stop by our booth and chat for a few minutes. Sean wasn’t able to continue to Denver with me but Timmie, Donna and I held our own even when we were overrun with orders. We’ll be back in February!

I need to squelch a nasty little rumor going around that I am going out of business or that I will not be carrying Puzzle any more. Neither is true. I have plenty of Puzzle and I just added a new office and an 888 toll free number to make us more accessible. We are expanding in some really wonderful ways and our new web site will be up and running shortly and you’ll be able to place your orders directly on the site.

For now you can fax them or email them to us. Either way will work but be sure you get a confirming email if you send via email as we are still having a few ghosts in the machine. We hope to have those ironed out over the weekend.

Since we have our own contacts in Italy now, we are able to offer a slightly lower price on all our enamels. We are dropping the price .50 to $x.xx (contact us for wholesale pricing). This way we can stay competitive with other Italian charm sellers.

Added a few cool Digital charms for the 9/11 remembered. We should have the flyer up today or tomorrow. I’ve listed them on the hot sheet and I’ll have them in the office on Wednesday. Feel free to preorder them. By matching funds, Digital Charms and Charming Just Charming will be donating $1 per charm to the Red Cross on all 9/11 digital charms sold.

Hi everyone!

Done with Seattle and I’m in Denver getting ready to set up for our show here. Tired but excited.

Thanks to all of you who came by the booth in Seattle , always wonderful to see you again. I was so pleased to be able to show the new stuff and display the new digital charms portfolio with the custom names and birthstones! This will be an exciting season for everyone.

Just a reminder I am in Denver for the next week. If you’re in the area, we’re in booth J57 right next to Kabana Jewelry again! Linda and I were tickled when it turns out we are sharing a room. Donna is flying in tonight and will be here for the weekend, a great chance to put a name to a face.

Since we’re at the end of the month items will begin dropping from the hot sheet until we can replace them mid-month. Italy will be back from vacation this next week. I’ve added some new True Colors to keep things fresh and new. I couldn’t believe how many of these we sold in Seattle . Make sure you visit the web site to see how nice they look.

August 20, 2004 - Puzzle (Charming Just Charming) releases new Hot Sheet:

The CJC hot sheet is now up to 24 pages and offers thousands of charms of various styles. Some examples can be seen here: puzzlepictures.htm and include: Puzzle, Bruno Zanetti, Digital Picture Charms, custom charms, gold-edge charms, licensed charms and many more. They now offer many heart shaped crystals which are big sellers. They also have many watches and premade bracelets as well.

This is one of the best brands and we highly recommend them. They've become a one-stop shop for all your charm needs. With back to school starting soon and the holidays coming up next, this is a great time to stock up and get ready for the fall rush. Last year was incredibly busy and this year looks to be much the same.

If you have not yet ordered from them you need to fax a copy of your resale license the first time you order. And we unfortunately cannot take orders from California if you are North of L.A.

We took the “I (heart) My Dog” Line at the Big Dog Parade this year and dog lovers thought they were the best they had ever seen! I’ll have a portfolio to show at the Seattle and Denver show. Lots of new Venice this week. Just in time for Italy to close down for the month. We even got our hands on the crosses with the birthstone in the middle that you can add or replace charms on. It comes with a black cord and a gift box and is only $14.00 (We're waiting for the boxes to arrive just yet)
Also we are now sending all watches with a gift box. I've ordered those and we should have them early next week.
We will be publishing an 800 number in a few weeks. In fact we'll have two. One for calls and one for faxes! That should save money all around.

Another week has slipped by and we are racing for the August shutdown of Italy. We received our Puzzle restock and have gotten ourselves as ready as we are able. Try to keep in mind Italy doesn't start shipping again until mid-September. Order early for Labor Day.
New charms worth mentioning this week: I (heart) U Daddy, I (heart) My Daughter both by Venice.
Don't forget we have the Greek letters for nearby colleges this fall. Also new Puffy Gold Letters by Venice that are better made and cheaper than the Yachting. Only $4.50!
Big news this week- I have the true colors (lasers with color that doesn't come off) listed this week on page 16. At $5.50 they are flying out the door.
The Rainbow charms continue to be a hot seller as do the Fairies and Angels w/birthstones.

July 2, 2004 - Puzzle (Charming Just Charming) releases new Hot Sheet:

Hi Everyone-

After a tense week I've decided how I want to handle this new return policy. If I can't stand behind a product I shouldn't be selling it. I will honor returns with NO tracking as long as they are a manufacturing defect. That means they aren't tweaked, bent, dented, pried open, etc. That type of damage is over and above what these links are meant to handle.

If it is crooked, enamel pops off, is smeary, has a snag, etc then they can be returned. You still need an RMA and we have the right to refuse a charm we deem unacceptable based on the above conditions.

Another gentle reminder, Italy closes for the month of August. (nice huh?) Anyway- start thinking about Labor day and Halloween now. I'll be restocking before they close at the end of the month and last year we made it almost through the month before we started running out of things.

If you haven't seen the Rainbow charms go to the web site to take a look! They are even better in real life than the photos. We preordered a bunch and have had to reorder twice already so they are fast sellers. Consider buying these in twos.

A couple of new charms people have been asking for have arrived. We have the dial telephone in black and in red. We have a new Zebra head and an eye in a pyramid.

Big news of the week- We finally have all of the black on gold letters and got in all of the greek letters too! Not too soon to start stocking up for fall, if you have colleges around you.

May 24, 2004 - PS Charms announces new Fathers Day digital picture charm flyer. The deadline for this flyer is June 11, 2004. The charms on this flyer are featured 13mm, but we can also do them in 9mm. Also new is the D'Tag. Check these out...Standard Military issue stainless steel dog tags with photo's. These are made just like the digital photo charms, so you can choose our designs, or create your own, just like you would a regular digital photo charm. If you would like any of these charms from this flyer, the prices are below. Just let us know and we will get them done for you. The charms could take up to 2 weeks turn around depending on how busy they are. So order now and hopefully beat the rush, so you can offer your customers these new and exciting designs.

A whole slew of new (heart) charms and I (heart) charms - under words and symbols. Plus many more too numerous to list. Look for the bold and underlined entries- those show the new or returning items.
Graduation/Memorial Day/Fathers Day are almost upon us. Be sure you're ready for those gift seekers who want to add to bracelets or who get someone started on their first one! Many stores are having great success with a wish list box....make a index card box where customers can list the charms they want, when an event comes up their loved ones can come in and see what they still need! Helps you get return business and helps husbands/friends know what to get!
