Who
can purchase Italian Charms and
Bracelets at wholesale?
Anyone
can purchase our charms at our cheap
wholesale prices. Several of the
companies we work with require a faxed copy of your
tax/resale license. Others do not.
So it's easy for anyone to get
started selling Italian Charms.
Do
I need a business license?
Depending
on which brand of charms you choose
to order you may need a tax/resale
license. Some states
however (i.e. Oregon) do not require a
sales tax license in
which case you won't need one.
What
is the minimum initial order?
What
types of payment are accepted?
When
will my order ship?
About
99% of the time your order will ship
either ship the same day we receive
it or the very next day. You
will receive either a phone call or
an email from our distributor
letting you know when your order
shipped, the total $ amount, and the
tracking information. You can
choose on the order forms whether
you want 1-day FedEx, 2-day FedEx or
Ground.
Is
there a return policy?
Each
company we work with has a slightly
different policy, but all stand by
their product 100% against
manufacturing defects. If a
charm arrives damaged simply request
an RMA# and you can return/exchange
the charms. Contact
us and
we'll send you the complete policies
and procedures for each company that
we work with.
How
do I re-order?
Re-orders
are simple. About once a week
we send out the new Hot Sheets
either via email or fax (your
choice), which contains up-to-date
inventory of available charms.
Whenever you are ready to place
another order just fill out the Hot
Sheet and either email or fax it
back. The amount is less for
re-orders. Contact
